So er...what just happened...
Well, I'm currently doing the missions for the first time, and this has just been bugging me over and over again....
what was the point in using stormcaller? that horn thing that rurik used. I dont see charr running away or anything. basically, it was pointless... |

It just reduces their max hp by 100.
